Courses, Credit, & Grading
Star Lane students earn the same credits as those offered in the traditional schools. The difference is that studies are interdisciplinary. Scientific and social issues are studied to great depth.

Math
Integrated Math I, II and III and statistics are offered at Star Lane Center. Math placement is dependent on ability and past coursework and performance. Students work on math in small groups just as with the
Grading
Students are graded on an individual basis. Students are evaluated on portfolios that provide evidence of learning in English, science and social studies. Students are also assessed on their contribution to the group effort. Students are never penalized for the poor work ethic of another group member.
